30 Day Warranty

30 Day Warranty All products (with the exception of custom boards) come with a 30 Day Warranty. The warranty begins the moment your package is delivered. If an item breaks or malfunctions under normal use, or is damaged during the shipping process, you may submit a request for a return within 30 days of receipt. If approved, a Return Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned (see directions below for obtaining an RMA number). Once the RMA number has been issued, you will have 15 days to ship your return. Please note that the RMA number does expire and so your item must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the RMA number. Please note that for ALL returns of any kind, unless due to manufacturer defect or damage during shipment, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning the item(s). If you choose to return boards for any reason, we will need digital photos to ensure we receive the boards in the same condition. Please submit the photos along with your request for the RMA number. If you return an item for reason other than a break, malfunction or damage during shipping, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.

RMA Number

Before sending any items back you will need to contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. In order to provide you with an RMA number, we will need your original order number that can be found on your receipt. We will send you a return authorization form with the request for an RMA. The return authorization form and RMA number must be present with your returned package in order for us to process the return. If the product arrives damaged or is missing items you must contact with us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. If your request is after the 30 days, we reserve the right to exercise discretion in regards to your request and your request may be denied. All merchandise returned must be received and inspected by our craftsmen before we will be able to process and or/ ship out any replacements or process refunds if such is warranted. This process can take up to 15 business days and begins the day after the product is received. We cannot be responsible for any lost shipment of returned merchandise during the shipping process. The customer will be responsible for the package until it reaches our location. We highly recommend that you receive tracking information when you ship back a package to ensure its safe arrival. If the package does not reach our location, the customer is responsible for working with the shipping company to obtain remuneration for any lost materials.

Custom Boards

Custom boards are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the custom boards are damaged during shipment, we will need to be notified of this within 7 days of receiving the damaged items. If damage during shipment occurs we will need digital photos of the damage sent via email to Failure to notify us of damage within 7 days of receipt of custom boards may result in denial of your request. We reserve the right to exercise discretion in regards to any request received after the 7 day limit.
